With her own experiences woven throughout, I was able to get to know Esra's inner struggles, and how she found the strength to continue regardless of the naysayers and things that could have held her back.I found so much wise/PRACTICAL wisdom in this novel, and I am already planning to utilize the copious amounts of insider advice these women gave in their interviews. I've read a lot of books about entrepreneurship and using your resources to propel ahead of the rest, but this novel excelled especially in providing me with a sense of motivation/call to action to reexamine my own accomplishments and goals for the future. I read this book to gain a perspective...not only for me, but for my adult daughter who is a budding entrepreneur.This is not the most skillfully crafted book I've read, but the message is clear. Esra did a wonderful job of exposing many challenges, then laying out practical solutions. Gathering and sharing information is learning, but when the information is based on experience...it crosses the bridge to wisdom. This book shares both, thanks to the diligent efforts of the author...great work!
Female Entrepreneurship is vital for the world to succeed and Esra does a great job of showing how that can happen with her 3-step approach.
A truly fantastic book that is inspiring and beyond insightful!! It is beautifully written so you can draw comparisons and really engage with the stories being told. I would highly recommend this book, as you will not find a more motivating and inspiring read this summer and I cannot wait to see what else Ozturk has to offer.

I really related to this book, especially being a female trying to find myself in a male-dominated industry. Ozturk's book is incredibly insightful and I really believe educational to any woman wanting to break into whatever industry she sets her mind to.
I Just received this book today and it's​ incredible. I read the first page and the author really demonstrates a real perspective of all the struggles and issues that arise in the business world. After reading the first page I couldn’t keep it down. It’s a must read! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Not only is it a fun read but informative and interesting as well.
